Frequently Asked Questions

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions.

Medication management: Our aim is to tailor a treatment plan for your needs, with the goal of finding a medication regimen to target your specific psychiatric symptoms. We aim to prescribe the fewest number of medications necessary and given at the lowest effective dose for you.

Psychotherapy: If you elect to start psychotherapy with us, we will start by listing your goals for therapy. It may be appropriate to pursue a time limited psychotherapy for 12 months, at a frequency that suits you during that period. Our general approach to therapy is supportive and psychodynamic with a direct communication style.
