This policy explains what information this website (meaningfulpsychiatry.com) collects and how it is used. How we protect your health information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this website collects
We designed this website so that it does not collect your health information.
- Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it only to send practice news and mental health articles. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Appointment request form. Our "Schedule a free consult" form is a Google Form hosted in our Google Workspace account, which is covered by a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Information you enter there goes directly to our care team.
- Online booking. "Book" buttons take you to Osmind, our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient platform. Information you enter on Osmind is governed by Osmind's privacy practices and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Please don't send detailed medical information by regular email or text message. We collect your health history securely during intake.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.
- We don't use analytics tools that track you across other websites.
Third-party services
To load quickly and look consistent, this website uses fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare's content network, and some podcast pages include Spotify players. These services may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads them. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them through the website. Parents or guardians arrange care for patients under 18.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Questions? Email admin@meaningfulpsychiatry.com or call or text 425-272-5931.
