For Patients

Everything you need before and between your appointments, in one place.

Osmind Patient Portal

We use Osmind, a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient platform, for onboarding paperwork, video appointments, secure messaging with your provider, and billing.

  • After your first contact with us, you'll receive an email and text invitation from Osmind. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
  • Download the Osmind app from the App Store or Google Play and tap Activate to set your password.
  • Prefer a computer? You can also log in from your web browser.

New Patients

  1. Reach out. Book online through Osmind, or call or text 425-272-5931. We respond within one business day.
  2. Complete onboarding. Fill out your onboarding paperwork in the Osmind patient app. Our admin will then help you schedule your first intake appointment.
  3. Meet your provider. Your first appointment is a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation of your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.

We see patients age 8 and up who are located in Washington State at the time of their visit.

Preparing for Your Virtual Appointment

  • Use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection.
  • Find a quiet, private space with good lighting, and make sure your device is charged.
  • Have any relevant medical records or a list of your current medications ready.
  • Join through the telemedicine link in your Osmind patient portal at your scheduled time.
  • Want a support person to join? Let your provider know beforehand. You may need to complete a release of information form first.

Prescription Refills & Messages

Refills: Please contact our office directly. Refills are typically processed within 48 hours. We do not refill prescriptions during weekends or holidays, so please plan ahead.

Questions between appointments: For non-urgent questions, message your provider through the secure messaging system in the Osmind patient portal. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Portal messages are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
