In Washington, Medicaid is called Apple Health. Most Apple Health members are enrolled in a managed care plan, and the plan name is printed on your member card. Francis is in-network with Coordinated Care, one of the Apple Health managed care plans.
Check which Apple Health plan you have
Look at your Apple Health card or member materials:
- Coordinated Care: You can book with Francis.
- A different Apple Health plan: Call or text us at 425-272-5931 and we'll talk through your options. Washington's Health Care Authority can tell you which plans are available to you.
Care for the whole family
Apple Health covers many children and teens in Washington, and we see patients age 8 and up. Francis works with families on:
- ADHD evaluation and treatment
- Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns
- Behavioral and emotional challenges at home or school
- Trauma-related concerns
- Ongoing medication management for adults
For patients under 18, a parent or guardian helps with intake and joins appointments as needed.
Why telehealth helps
Getting to appointments can be one of the biggest barriers to care. Telehealth means no bus rides, no gas money, no time off for a long drive, and no need to find childcare for a commute. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a private place to talk.
