Check your Medicare coverage
Medicare comes in a few forms, and the type you have affects where you can be seen:
- Medicare plan through Coordinated Care: You can book with Francis.
- Original Medicare or a different Medicare Advantage plan: Call or text us at 425-272-5931 before booking and we'll check whether we can see you.
Ask your plan what you pay for an outpatient mental health visit and whether telehealth visits from home are covered.
Care that considers your whole health
Older adults often take several medications for different conditions. Francis has over a decade of psychiatric experience and is well equipped to work with complex medication regimens, paying close attention to side effects, drug interactions, and avoiding unnecessary medications. He also coordinates with your primary care provider and other specialists when that helps your care.

Making video visits easy
You don't need to be tech-savvy. Visits work on a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera. A family member or caregiver is welcome to help you set up or join the visit (we may ask you to sign a release form first). If you have trouble connecting, call us and we'll walk you through it.
